Port Agent Search
As a ferry passenger, you have the choice to either web check in and board your ferry with the generated boarding pass or visit the ferry operator’s port agent or ticketing booth and have your paper tickets printed.
Most ferry operators allow web check-in, but not all. Web check-in is usually available 48 hours before the ferry departure time.
Each ferry operators’ web check in form might require different data (last name, Reservation No, Ferry Operator Reservation No, Access Code, etc). All this data is included in the booking confirmation email.
Port agents will ask for the reservation number (PNR) and maybe an ID. Some port agents, might charge a small fee per ticket (e.g. 1 euro) to print tickets.
Passengers should be at the port early enough as some port agents are not located right next to the pier from which the ferry is departing. There might also be queues.
The following ferry operators allow web check-in:
- Blue Star Ferries
- Hellenic Seaways
