In response to numerous requests from our business collaborators around the world, we have undertaken the task to enhance our web site with some fit-for-the-professional features. TravelPRO is now ready and in service for use by any of you travel agents who may wish to do so.

Description & RegistrationTravelPRO is in fact a new user account type that equips the user with a set of extra tools throughout the booking process and guarantees premium quality of service. This account type is issued upon request and pending verification of your credentials such as:
- IATA license number, or
- Travel agents’ association membership
Registration is made through our registration page. If you are already registered and wish to upgrade your account to TravelPRO, all you have to do is
- Login to your existing account
- Click the Upgrade to TravelPRO link
- Fill the registration form to provide us only with the extra info we need in order to enable your professional functionality and to manage your accreditation process
- Wait for accreditation email (usually takes one working day). In the meantime you can still use your account to book or use our travel services.
- Start using our TravelPRO web services
Features & Improvements
Usage is the same as you have been accustomed to in the original Danae Travel web site. We have taken the opportunity of the TravelPRO launch in order to make some functionality improvements in the whole application. From now on, the checkout process has been merged into one step in order to be faster and easy to follow through.
In TravelPRO, we introduce the Customer Reference Code which enables you to instantly track all the issues you want to group under one code (e.g.: Many reservations with different names under the same client). The advantages here are very important since you will now be able to track and recall all your reservations using your own account name regardless of each reservation’s delivery details or other individual data.
In order to help you avoid the time-consuming pay-per-customer process, we have extended our payment scheme enabling Deposits. With Deposits, you may finance any subsequent bookings up to the limit of your budget. Soon before your budget reaches zero you will receive a low budget notification email so that you may refill it and continue using our services uninterrupted. Refilling your budget can be done by bank or mail money transfer solely for extra security. You may still use your credit card for individual payments if you wish to do so.
Quality of Service
The service provided will be of the same high standard you have been accustomed to from the start of our Internet business. Furthermore, our agents are now trained in order to be able to service professional requests according to the new business processes designed exclusively for this function.
